About Me
Hello! I’m Ciara, the face behind Dougie & Co. My journey with dogs began when I was just 3 years old with my first dog, Finn. Since then, animals have been an important part of my life.
My love for animals inspired me to turn my passion into a career and create Dougie & Co.
Today, I run Dougie & Co as a professional dog walking and I’m currently training to become a dog groomer too. My aim is to offer reliable, friendly and welfare focused pet care - whether that’s group walks, solo walks, puppy visits or soon to be grooming services. I treat every dog I work with as if they are my own.
Meet My Dogs
1. Daisy: (2009 - 2024)
Daisy was a Jack Russell x Sealyham Terrier, who sadly passed away in December 2024. She was a huge part of our family and a big inspiration behind Dougie & Co, her memory continues to be at the heart of Dougie & Co.
2. Dexter:
Dexter is a Labradoodle X Lurcher. Although he’s getting on in years, he still thrives on running around the beach with his ball and then relaxing on the sofa for the rest of the day.
3. Dougie:
Dougie, the name behind Dougie & Co, is a Longhaired "Miniature" Dachshund. Although he's not very miniature!! He's not a fan of morning walks, preferring to stay snuggled up in bed. But he loves exploring new places & tagging along on group walks once he's had his lie in.
